Us
We
are an established, family run agency operating in the Granada
area of Andalucia specialising in the marketing of Spanish rural
properties. With over twenty years experience in land acquisition,
development and cave renovations, we have a wealth of experience
in the field and feel able to provide well grounded advice to
both buyers and sellers.
Here
at Inmobiliaria Bujant SL we try to offer something a little different
to our clients. Based in the pretty village of Benamaurel close
to the lake Negratin we encourage people to join us for a day
to see the area first before viewing properties when at all possible.
Sandwiched
between two natural parks the area is truly beautiful with its
lush green valleys, numerous lakes and of course, mountains (you'd
have to be living in a house without windows if you didn't have
a mountain view).
Due
to the terrain in this area of Andalucia we specialise in cave
houses which have received a lot of television coverage this last
year.
Cave
houses have many qualities and once you have lived in one it would
be a wrench to return to conventional housing. Clients have frequently
asked me whether I would live in a cave house and the honest truth
is that I do and I couldn't return to a conventional build.
When
clients are looking for a cave to renovate it is sometimes difficult
for them to envisage the finished project so we often take them
to our own homes to help explain how easy the renovation can be.
Each cave house is unique, every inhabitant has added a feature
or even a room over the years and as a family grew so would the
size of the cave house.
Today's
cave dwellers remark on the improved sleeping patterns which they
believe reflect the feelings of peace and security .For those
with sleep disorders or joint problems cave houses tend to bring
a welcome relief.
