CAVE
LIFESTYLE . . . FOOD AND GOURMET
The
food in Andalucia - Gastronomy Rural Style
If
you love organic food, fresh fish and meat then these little cave
villages will not disappoint. Very little is graded or wrapped in
plastic and polystyrene trays. Peppers and potatoes are simply enormous.
Fish is available every Tuesday and Friday and the selection is
simply mind boggling. Olive oil, good red wine and organic garden
produce are part of the healthy Andalucian diet.

different quantities and of course the world famous "tapas".
In this section we have included some useful articles on Spanish
food and traditions and a selection of the best links to Spanish
food and recipes.
Tapas:
Food
culture is Spain is very different from high street supermarkets

towns but the multitude of smaller shops are often the best place
